I use it for software tutorials, and it’s great to be able to record your screen, while also placing a recording of yourself talking through the tutorial, so that there’s a human element on the screen. Where OBS excels in its ability to create and record a multiple screen-recording capture, with so much customization. When it comes to screen recording software, I’d highly recommend OBS, or Open Broadcasting Software. It’s free, doesn’t embed a watermark, runs offline, and you can download the screen recording in multiple formats.
